General delivery terms & conditions.
The Toy Box endeavors' to fulfill delivery of your order within the estimated times stated, however we are not responsible for delays in delivery due to issues beyond our control, excessive bad weather, postal strikes etc. We are not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you , nor will you have right to terminate the contract as a result in any reasonable or unavoidable delay. You will become responsible for the loss or destruction of any damage to the goods after they have been delivered to the address stated in your order.
UK Delivery

FREE UK Delivery - on UK Orders over £45
- Standard Delivery £3.95 - Dispatched with 1-2 working days & estimated delivery within 2-5 days.
- UK Fast Expedited Delivery £5.95 - Same Day Dispatch only on orders under 2kg weight and received before 2pm Mon to Fri, Orders over 2kg or ordered after 2pm will be despatched the next working day for delivery 1 day after that date. Expedited deliveries received within 1 -2 working days. * Fancy Dress is despatched from Manufacturer - Expedited same day despatch must be received by 11.30am Mon-Fri.
UK RETURNS CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY ORDER. Items returned to The Toy Box without prior notification may not qualify for a refund or exchange. The Toy Box takes pride in high quality products we endeavor to dispatch your order in first class condition.
Damaged or Defective Returns of:
a) goods are damaged or defective on delivery or are not what you ordered.
b) non receipt of ordered goods, incorrect quantity or items are not as ordered.NOTIFICATION must be made in writing to office@thetoybox.org.uk within 7 days from receipt of goods. Once damaged or defective goods have been received The Toy Box will a) replace or repair any goods to be found damaged or defective or b) make good any shortage in delivery of any goods or
c) if a refund is due, all monies paid for the item returned in your order to the credit / debit card used to place order. Products must be returned to us within 7 days of notification, in the condition received including all packaging and original parts.
To qualify for a refund in return postage please forward your item via 1st class Royal Mail postage or via organised courier as required, any other postage paid for including recorded delivery will not be refunded.
Unsuitable or unwanted items, contact us within 7 days from receipt of goods and return the item within 14 days. Please return your items as received with all tags and unopened packaging for a refund of item. Return postage will be paid for by the customer if courier collection is organised by us for unwanted goods a standard charge of £5.99 will be deducted from the refund.Overseas Returns Due to the distance an cost involved with shipping overseas, All returns are accepted but return postage is payable by you (the customer) The Toy Box will not be responsible for items lost in return post. Please note this when placing orders delivered overseas.Ordering from thetoybox.org.uk agrees to these delivery conditions.
IMPORTANT OVERSEAS DELIVERY & RETURNS
The customer is responsible for importation fees, taxes or confiscation of items as per your countries importation rules. Due to the natue of overseas sales please note that returns are accepted although return postage must be paid for by you the customer, this will not be refunded. The Toy Box is not responsible for loss due to return delivery, refunds or replacements will only be issued upon receipt of returned item.

Available to selected countries and is calculated on weight, please note that The Toy Box reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that is classed as heavy or oversized for general EU courier service.
